Food-Contact Test Documentation

We have test reports referencing Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 and Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, with migration testing referencing EN 13130-1:2004. Tell us which plate you plan to order and where you will use it. We can share the relevant report so you can review the products and test conditions it covers.

From your first enquiry to dispatch

Request a quote. Send your plate size, logo, quantity, and delivery postcode. We’ll quote for your design and destination.
Agree on the artwork. We confirm the logo placement and rim design with you.
Approve a sample or digital mockup. We agree on which you need, then wait for your approval before making the bulk order.
Bulk production. The usual production lead time is about three weeks from receipt of your deposit. We’ll agree on the schedule for your order; production requires your design approval.
Packing and dispatch. We arrange shipment on the agreed delivery terms. Transit time is separate from the production lead time.

Ordering again? We keep your artwork on file for future orders. Contact us with your previous order details and the quantity you need, and we’ll quote for the repeat order.

Packing & Delivery to Your Restaurant

We can arrange delivery to your restaurant. Send us your country, postcode, and quantity for a shipping quote. If you have an opening date or need the plates for an event, include that date in your enquiry.
